Report prompts for unexpected parameters due to possible mismatched.
Cause:
The report may contain mismatched field names or misspelled field names in the 'Control Source' box of the property sheet.
Solution:
In the Reports Design view, use the 'Control Source' property box in the property sheet to verify the correct field name is matched in the underlying table or query.
1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Reports' tab.

3) Select the desired report. (The selected report is highlighted.)
4) Click 'Design'.
5) Do the following to verify the field names match with the underlying table or query:
a) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Properties'. (The property sheet appears.)
b) Select the desired control that appears in the prompt. (Handles appear around the control.)
c) Click the 'Data' tab in the property sheet.
d) Click on the 'Control Source' box. (A down arrow appears.)
e) Click down arrow. (A drop-down list appears.)
f) Select the desired field name to match to the selected control.
g) Repeat steps 5)b) through 5)f) for each desired control.
6) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Save' to save changes to the report.
